Do you love working with customers in an on-line capacity? Do you have good writing skills and are able to communicate in an enthusiastic manner with customers online and over the phone?
This could be your dream position:
FB LIVE Sales Customer inquiry follow-up by answering customer questions from 8-10 am M-F and sending manual invoices when needed. Also, choose winners for our FB LIVE Share prizes and assist in shipping.
Work in the behind the scenes capacity making sure all online orders are checked off as fulfilled after customers pick them up.
Calling customers to remind them their online orders are ready for pick-up.
Make sure online shoppers received their online rewards points and process any refunds.
